This book is a fantastic supplement to the teacher's notes, which can sometime be inadequate. The text is easy to follow and the patient simulations are incredibly helpful.

This is not your typical study guide- electronic version would be better because it really is just a reference - no blank forms included to complete the study guide- save your money and buy the electronic version if you really want a study guide - publisher has practice tests on their website for each chapter that is more helpful!
